During this peculiar year we have experienced extreme living conditions. This is a space to share ways you have stayed happy, healthy, and keep the mind active. As we move into new phases out of quarantine there is less stress on people at home however, children are still out of school and this has not past. Beyond that, we can use these skills, and this new mindset to create a more fulfilling life regardless of the circumstances at hand.
During 2020 starting March 12th, 2020 I have: Completed a Coursera class on Modern Psychology and Buddhism, created this site, wrote first Medium articles, redefined my marriage and family goals, taught yoga online, completed physics and calculus III (at home), created a model living space ergonomically, created a vision board, started learning piano, started learning Japanese...
